  1. Withdrawal of Consent

Shoold you wish to withdraw your consent from receiving marketing information and/or survey, you may send us a request for the Consent Withdrawal Form to scrubsplus.ae. Please note that we can only process Consent Withdrawal Forms that are properly filled up and may need to contact you for clarification if such forms are deemed to be incomplete or unclear in any way.

We will use our best endeavours to protect your Personal Data against loss or theft, as well as any unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the Personal Data, regardless of the format in which it is held.

SCRUBS PLUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The United Arab Emirates is our country of residence. Scrubs Plus controls this Site from the U.A.E. and makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws. You may not use, export, or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, any U.A.E. export laws and regulations.
  2. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of law principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
  3. Scrubs Plus accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Scrubs Plus service providers. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Scrubs Plus.
  4. Scrubs Plus will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) targeted countries and individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programmes, that are not country specific.
  5. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Scrubs Plus policies and rules.
  6. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  7. Customers using the website who are minors under the age of 18 shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  8. The order will be confirmed and further processed upon full payment, and the customer will receive the payment confirmation by email immediately.

  9. Free alterations can be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of your finished items.
    The outfit will be tailored based on the measurements agreed upon by the customer.  
    Thus, Scrubs Plus is under no liability whatsoever for any inaccuracy in the measurement provided and received from the customer.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Products will be delivered within six (6) to eight (8) working days upon confirmation of the order.
  2. All orders will be delivered by Scrubs Plus delivery service.
  3. Products will be delivered to the registered home or office address during morning 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or evening from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  4. All orders will be delivered within three (3) days after completion.
  5. Charges will be levied for any request for alteration made after the 7th day of the original delivery. Any request after the stipolated period will be chargeable.
  6. Proof of order must be made available at the time of delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY
Applicable for Dubai only

  1. No refund shall be entertained unless it is accompanied by an original receipt.
  2. Damaged or incorrectly supplied products must be checked during the time of delivery.
  3. If you wish to return a faolty or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain Products, you must inform us immediately upon receipt of your order and return the relevant Products at the time of delivery in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging, with the relevant receipt and a valid ID.
  4. Returned items that are damaged, misused, or altered from their original packaging will not be accepted for refunds.
  5. A minimum period of up to two (2) weeks is required for verification of the returned item before a refund is issued.
  6. The mode of refund will be the same as was followed in the initial transaction, in accordance with the Credit or Debit card issuing bank’s policies.

(E.g.: If the original transaction was made using a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card.)
